Your Host - Dáithí Ó Sé
Dáithí Ó Sé is a presenter with RTÉ television and has presented a variety of programmes including The Daily Show with Claire Byrne, The Rose of Tralee and has been a judge for the past three years on The All Ireland Talent Show. His act representing the west -- the Mulkerrin Brothers -- triumphed in the first series.
Dáithí presented The Rose of Tralee for the first time in 2010 and helped to deliver the most watched Rose final in over a decade. A peak of over one million viewers tuned in to see Clare Kambamettu crowned as the 52nd Rose of Tralee. An average of 916,300 viewers watched the final show after RTÉ’s Nine O’Clock News, the highest number in over a decade.

Dáithí previously hosted the Kerry Rose selection event, attended international centre selections and chaired the international-selection judging panel in 2009.
He also took part in The Restaurant in 2010, RTÉ’s Celebrity You’re A Star in aid of the Make A Wish Foundation in 2006 and Celebrities Go Wild for the People in Need Telethon in 2007. In 2008 Dáithí was voted the Sexiest TV Presenter for the second year running.
Originally from Dingle in County Kerry, Dáithí studied in Mary Immaculate College in Limerick for an arts degree. He worked with TG4 for over 10 years as a weather presenter and presented a variety of programmes including Glór Tíre, Dáithí ar Highway 61 and Dáithí ar Route 66.
Before becoming a weather presenter Dáithí worked as a teacher, a butcher, a ferry driver around the Blasket Islands and even a short stint as a ringmaster with Duffy's Circus.
Dáithí sang as a member of the group The Three Fivers along with Seamús Begley and Laurence Courtney and sang with The Chieftains on their album “Water from the Well” along with Seamús Begley and Laurence Courtney. They also recorded a track for the album “Éist Aríst’.”
